Dogs, Snow, and the Christmas Trains in Blackstone

Zeke is getting bigger. Misty is walking on the road in the snow.
Mary and Bill are looking at the trains. The owner of the store arranges the trains differently every year, and tons of kids go and see them.
The last blog I did, I wasn't able to write on it, but I don't know why. The pictures were from our RSD Christmas at Ginny's in Richmond.
We all had a great time and watched the "Parade of Lights" on the James River.
Next blog will be of the Christmas pictures. Hope everyone had a great Christmas.

Clothspins, grandkids, TV, and Thanksgiving

Clothespins -- Ben and Gram usually try to see if they can place a clothespin on the other person without their knowing it. Fun and games.

See the clothespin on the hood of sweater.

Special people Group hugs and posings at Thanksgiving

Ben and Gram also had a sponge dart shooting spree.

Birthday present and television watching.

New dining room chairs for the Thanksgiving dinner. They arrived on time.

Getting ready to stuff ourselves with lots of good food.

We all had enough to eat on Thanksgiving Day.
It was all delicious and we all ate tooooo much.

LEAVES, GRANDDAUGHTERS AND FRIENDS

I haven't found too many kids who don't like to jump in to Fall leaf piles. They love to rake them up and jump in them time and time again.
The bouquet at the top is one our daughter sent us on the occasion of her 40th. birthday. She sent it to us to "Thank us for 40 years", and that was the sweetest thing. She gave us so many great memories, that they will last forever.
Even the new puppy, Zeke, likes to get in the leaves, but I imagine that they don't want him to get into the pile to deposit any items he may want to do. The kids wouldn't like that.
Enjoy the Fall--Winter is on it's way.
